Savage Construction LLC, is licensed from the electric meter to the house and we can connect water sewer and electric. We work with local electricians on setting the pedestal, trenching from the transformer and connecting it to the home.  Once all utilities are connected our team will schedule all necessary inspections and complete all necessary paperwork.
